The Diet Solution Program
Created by a certified fitness and nutrition expert, The Diet Solution Program isn’t one of those one-size-fits-all downloadable weight loss PDF manuals. Instead, it pairs specific foods with your specific metabolic type so that you can get the carbohydrates, the proteins, and fats that YOUR body needs so it can slim down.
Wait… your what?… is this a scam?
According to Isabel De Los Rios, the creator of The Diet Solution Program, each body has its own metabolic type. That’s why some diets work for some people – while they’re a complete failure for others. Once you figure out what metabolic type you are, you can eliminate the foods that aren’t right for your body. Then, it will be much easier to lose weight and look the way you want!
Just how much weight are we talking about here?
Unlike those “other” weight loss programs, The Diet Solution book doesn’t make wild claims. Instead, it says you can lose 1-2 pounds per week. (That’s also the safe target that nutrition experts recommend, so it’s no surprise that Isabel would recommend the same thing!)
How does the program work?
You’ll start by figuring out your specific metabolic type. After filling out a questionnaire, you’ll be labeled a Protein, a Carb, or Mixed. From there, you’ll follow six weeks’ worth of meal plans (that include two snacks per day, so you never have to worry about feeling deprived). You’ll also take an Omega-3 supplement.
Luckily, all of the meal plans come with special portion guides, so you won’t have to worry about counting calories. And, the only exercise you’ll have to worry about is some basic strength and cardio workouts. Unlike other diet plans, this product doesn’t come with specific exercises that you have to do or certain windows of time you have to spend at the gym. In short, you won’t have to become a slave to your treadmill! See this site’s The Diet Solution Program review by an actual user for more information on the experience when using this product.
What exactly will you eat?
That depends on your metabolic type. Like the names suggest, “Proteins” eat more protein, while “Carbs” eat more carbohydrates. “Mixed” types eat a balance. However, that doesn’t mean that Proteins get to sit around and eat cheeseburgers, or that Carbs get to sit around and eat giant plates of pasta.
Instead, your diet will focus on lean meats, fresh fruits and vegetables, and organic foods. Plan on saying goodbye to grains and virtually all artificial sweeteners (like what you find in sodas and most fruit drinks).
Luckily, The Diet Solution program makes it easy to keep all of your food requirements straight. Included with the program’s book and “Quick Start” manual are food lists and program-approved recipes so that you can make your taste buds AND your waistline happy.
It doesn’t get any better than that!
